The Scarsdale Cable TV station operates as a division within the Village Manager's Office.
Mr. Jay Miller, former NBC producer and director, Cable TV Coordiator and Mr. John Micewicz, Engineer-in-Charge, have managed and operated the station since 1996.
 
The Village of Scarsdale is the Franchising Authority for both Cablevision and Verizon for Cable Television service.  The Village of Scarsdale's Government Access channel, managed and operated by the Cable TV station, can be found on Cablevision channel 75 and Verizon channel 43.

Residents with problems or complaints regarding cable television service should first contact Cablevision or Verizon which can be found on your monthly statement. If the problem persists or cannot be resolved, please contact the Cable office at (914) 722-1107 or email the Cable TV station at cabletv@scarsdale.com.
