After completion of the 2014 and 2016 town-wide revaluations, new property record cards containing the newly-collected data for all properties are available. Property record cards can be obtained by request at the Scarsdale Assessor’s Office, 2nd floor at Village Hall.
Property characteristics, or building inventory data of all village properties, which were last collected in 2014, is now uploaded to the computerized assessment roll system. Updated inventory data for all new construction, renovations and additions is also available, along with digital photos, digital sketches, deed information, assessment history and summary building permit information. Except for digital sketches and interior photos, property inventory information can be found on the On-Line Property Inquiry (link can be found on the Assessor’s main page and Scarsdale’s home page.) Sketches and exterior photos can be obtained by contacting the Assessor’s Office via phone, email, or by request at the second-floor counter.
