​During the Village’s Leaf Collection Program leaves are to be raked to the area between the curb or pavement edge and property line.

Leaf piles must be free of all other waste or it will not be collected. 

Leaf piles raked into the street will not be collected and residents will be required to move the pile to the proper area prior to collection, in order to avoid the issuance of a summons.

If you want to avoid the cost and hassle of preparing leaves for pick-up, try mulch-mowing. It's not only easier, but also benefits the health of your lawn and the broader environment!
